Strictly hard bean from the Jasmin estate — dense, slow-grown coffee from high altitude, where the cold nights give the bean time to develop sugar.

Milk chocolate and golden raisin with a clean citrus finish. Roasted to order in small batches.

Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate • Golden Raisin • Citrus Origin: Guatemala Grade: SHB EP (Strictly Hard Bean, European Preparation) Bag: 16 oz
