Centrally located in the heart of the highlands of Papua New Guinea and at the highest altitudes of the country, Simbu Province produces some 7,000 metric tonnes or about 10% of the country’s annual arabica coffee production. Due to the pride these small holder farms take in their small batch processing, there is a noticeable high-quality bean produced.
