Peaberry is the small, round bean that forms when a coffee cherry grows a single seed instead of two — roughly five percent of any harvest, sorted out by hand. Denser bean, more concentrated cup.

The Mutwari lot is the most distinctive coffee we carry: black cherry and almond over a deep molasses sweetness. Roasted to order in small batches.
